This show was "Cancelled" temporarily due to bad storms. Levon Helm opened and got about 3 songs in before torrential rain and wind forced them offstage and everyone to seek cover in the nearby bar...... After about an hour of waiting a staff member of the venue announced that the show was cancelled...... With no one wanting to believe this and hoping the rain would pass most folks stuck around (all dripping wet) for the next hour to see the rain finally pass and the sun shine down..... Finally another member of the even staff come to the bar (part of the facility) and announced on the PA that the show would go on!! Everyone waited about another 45min. to an hour and then Phil came out around 8:45 and played 2 nice sets. THANK YOU Phil for deciding to go on with the show!!.... It was well worth the wait and getting soaked.
