NOTES:

- Primary source MSR shnid 17421
- AUD patches from shnid 13299
- L+R channels gain +6db with left channel additional gain +1.97db (no clipping)
- Patched beginning of Mississippi Half-step to include the first missing beats
- Patched splice in drums//space (gained 00:46 missing material).
  Discs 2-3 are seamless.
- Re-tracked to 3 discs to place encore at end.
- Patched in Sound Forge, retracked with CDWave, verified with shntool and re-encoded
  to FLAC level 8.

Notes:

- Both sources have been speed corrected by comparing them to the soundtrack from a video.
- Some level adjustments have been made to the sbd.  It was also necessary to patch in 3 or 4
  small sections which were missing.
- The overall level for the matrix was reduced by 7 decibels.
- All editing and creation of the matrix was carried-out with Adobe Audition 1.5.
