I am "Scott Shannon", and now I need to go back and listen and make sure I'm right about this source! HA! (I know I'm correct about the 2/21/2004 gig though).
12/22/2010 duggy Minor maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, track times, etc.)

I'm still unsure about whether it's an Improv that opens the show or if it is indeed Take Me Nowhere ... their live version of that tune seems pretty loose in the few performances of it ...

Also, there appears to be a skip or something between the first three tracks on disc three ... we're verifying that a bit with Tom's Ferret tool which scans the data for anomalies.
