I used EAC to RIP it and then SHN'd it with MKW. All tracks reported 99.8% quality or better. Most were 100% quality.

There was a short break after Lonesome Fiddle Blues while the orchestra pit was cleared. The band stayed on stage and provided music and farm animal noises.
