04/14/2003 | Hamilton, Greg & Diana | Scott aka shnaholic submitted this info 4/03 with the note that he'd been "serving them for years now". So, these could be coeval with the other sets, who knows.
05/24/2006 | Yossarian Hunter | The CD in the lineage is actually an Italian bootleg CD "For the Faithful: 4:16:1978" with the colons and all. I picked it up at a flea market here in MS for $35 bucks back in '93. Nice looking package, but it was obviously put together by idiots. They spelled Garcia's name "Gerry" and listed Tom Constanten and Pigpen as members of the band, as well as a "Michael" Hart. When I traded for these .shns a few years ago, the discs came to me with "For the Faithful disc x" as the titles. I asked the guy I was trading with why he called them that, turns out he had the same boot cd and had "liberated" it. Seems there is now another bootleg cd circulating with the same name that is a re-release of Reckoning, as if this whole thing wasn't confusing enough. Damned bootleggers...
05/31/2006 | Diana | To calrify, by "these shns," do you mean that your trading partner had produced a shn set with identical md5s to the ones in this source record? |
