09/20/2003 Matt Not many people or bands care to go to Mississippi for whatever reasons, but the Grateful Dead played there on at least 2 other occasions despite what this text file might have you believe - 7-8-1970 & 8-16-1980

The 2nd Set sure looks interesting with the Promised and Stagger in there ... How does this one sound - anyone ? ? ?

11/04/2003 Charles Wier This is a re-extraction of the same original source as the previous seed. More complete transfer info should be: Master AUD Cass> DAT> CD > EAC > FLAC16.

However, both sources have transfer errors in different places (missing and/or repeated samples relative to the other); thus neither seed is flawless. It is likely that both seeds came from different DATs from the same original source, as the transfer errors do not appear to be typical of faulty DAE. Additionally, both sources have digi-errors at 1:47 of d02t01 (Lazy L) and at 4:20, 8:56, 12:57, 16:41, 19:07 of d02t06 (Truckin), which are assumed to be on the master DAT(s). If you can provide a new error-free seed from the original source, please do so.
