Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by [email protected] on January 22, 2004.

This source was processed in three parts, Set 1, Phil and Ned, and the remainder of the show, because of the different sources used.

Noise reduction (Pure Sample) was used on Set 1 and on part of Phil and Ned.
