Notes:

- This can easily fit on 2 discs by placing China/Rider on Disc 1.

- d1t01 Let the Good Times Roll: Patched with source A from 0:00 -
  0:08, at 1:03 and from 1:37 - 1:41 to cover Dropouts.  The last patch
  is the most noticeable, the tape seems to degrade around there on
  both SBD sources.  I am not sure why.

- d1t04 Tennessee Jed: Patched with source A from 0:00 - 0:02 to cover
  a dropout.

- d1t05 It's All Over Now: Patch with source A from 7:33 - 7:43, all
  after the song.  I only patched this in because the cut left a half
  note at the beginning and the end of the cut.  There is still about
  23 seconds missing.  

- d1t06 Loser:  Patch with source A from 2:19 - 2:20 to cover a
  dropout.

- d1t07 Memphis Blues: Crossfade with source A from 8:50 - 10:57 the
  audience was cut out between songs, I crossfaded it in and out at
  a 2000 millisecond interval.  Mostly I put this back in for the
  "We Want Phil" chant.

- d3t01 Space: Patch with source A from 5:36 - 6:28, within this patch
  there is the only patch with source B from 5:59 - 6:00.
