*There is an abrupt stop on the DAT at the very end of this song, the only thing
that is missing is the last bit of the cymbals decaying before it went mute for
17.462 seconds.  I decided to delete the mute section and let the crowd noise
be disjointed where it joined together.

Notes:
-I can't tell if the fuzzy sound is from the PA crackling or if it's slight
diginoise.  You can hear it mostly during tracks like Pygmy Twylyte and Blind
Man In The Dark.
