Notes:
Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by

The mix is rough through Candyman. There is also a strange phasing problem that occurs throughout the show, possibly from a bad tape machine. It can be heard mostly during quiet passages.
After talking to Charlie, and comparing sources, this source is most likely from the master reel source and not a master cassette. They are identical, except, the channels have been reversed and the levels are a bit lower. I have chose to use the lineage Charlie gave me as he knows where the source came from.
(*)Promised Land through Rider
(**)Estimated through Around
