Fix of shnid 3909
I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless and cleaned up the resulting SBEs using shntool. D2t07 (drums outro) was a 22 second track; I pasted it onto the beginning of d3t01, deleted the redundant material and eliminated the original SHN. Many thanks to Charlie Miller for providing the overlap between the two CDs that made this fix possible.
Overlapping fade tracks were added to the end of CD 2 and the beginning of CD 3. For seamless playback simply remove the fade tracks.
