Whether or not PH knew about Sean Hoppe and The Headstone Circus (THC) playing afterwards (I think at Cary St. Cafe) is debatable... I would imagine that it was a set-up... Unless of course, its the pure-Phishy-ness of the event, that randomly Trey the singer of one band reaches into the audience and pulls out the singer of another band...
One of my favorite all time shows, my second in attendance... Harpua tease during beginning of Antelope. Fastest Dw/D ever... vocal jamming thru Split... Fantastic...
|09/01/2004||jbradford||Not a set-up. Hoppe had helped them load-in at the flood zone though and one of the crew remembered him, tough to forget. The Headstone gig was at The Mephis Bar and Grill, I ran sound. And a good time was had by all!|
