   * - dedicated to the Madison students who were skipping finals in
order to go see the show
   ** - Trey walked over to the piano and began to play the beginning
of "Billy Breathes" and begins to laugh. He then talked about a
conversation he had with Neil Young about doing a solo tour in which
Neil recommended that Trey move around, lest people grow uneasy from
watching someone stand and play guitar the whole time, so Trey
decided to play "Billy Breathes" on piano, which he did after
finishing the story
