note: The set one lineage was noted on the DAT, but the second
set on the DAT was not of the same quality.  Thus, complete
confidence in that lineage is somewhat suspect.  Also, the "R?"
notation in the second set lineage (which includes the Seastones)
is noted not because the number of reel gens is unknown, but rather
because a reel gen might not be present at all.  This could not
be definitively confirmed.  Alternate source (AudMC > ? > R) was
used to patch missing tracks and cuts as noted below.

Taper is assumed to be Jerry Moore, who taped the following night
as well.  Set up would then have been AKG-D200 mics > Sony TC-152
