This version uses the same first set tracking as Kevin's original,
notwithstanding the patch in Even So. There was a skip, and 5
seconds missing at 7:01 in Even So. I patched the missing section
into this stereo version and ran shntool fix over the Set 1 tracks.
I rebuilt the second set as One Big .Wav file, with the patch to
cover the MD flip, and re-tracked. Therefore the tracking on d2 &
d3 is different to the unpatched versions of this recording. I
also took the liberty of creating fade tracks between d2 & d3; if
rejoining to longer media, or retracking, omit the fade tracks.
For the second set, I've used the same tracking (more or less) as
the original mono version that was used for the patch.

I've added some CD covers to this filest - the track listing on the
back cover describes the unpatched discs, and provides a different
d2 / d3 change to the above tracking.
