    - Thanks to Elana for the rig and Louie Rendek for the ticket.
    - Mics started at standard DIN placement when I prepared to raise the stand.  Somewhere along the line, things slipped to a 75 degree angle or so.
    - Audacity was used for the standard disc splits and fades.  There were also a lot of crackles and pops during American Baby Intro and Two Step.  I was able to remove some of it using Audacity's Click Removal tool.  There is also a bad spot of noise at 7:26 in American Baby Intro.  Couldn't do anything about that.
