Notes: 2 "glitches" of note First few seconds of Vinnie intro on 9/2 II are missing. They are missing on most everyone's tapes (the "good" sources at least). He came out almost unnoticed and then started playing. No one got their deck started in time. Hi & Lo has these 2 weird clicks in it, that I just decided to leave in as cutting them out would have made one measure sound a little shorter than the rest, so I just left them in. Once again, the clicks are some odd anomaly that came about. It's on all tapes of this source. But being the best sounding source there is, I figured to just go ahead with it.
