Notes: | sbd - agree with the info file comments about the amplifier hum, though it isn't too bad. Mix and sound otherwise are very good. This show gets strong rating in the TC. Set 1 is well played but boring except for the mid-set standalone Scarlet. Set 2 continues the set 1 trend with 3 standalone and not very interesting renditions before starting a killer segue sequence of Lightnin' > Suppl > LIG > Rat > TOO > Stephen > NFA > Stephen > Wheel > TOO > Stella. The first part struck me as the best and I'm not a fan of LIG. Given the number of segues, the jamming from St. Stephen on in the individual tunes isn't competitive with other dates. Also, though it looks super on paper, I wasn't as impressed as my expectations given what I had read, mainly because it didn't flow that smoothly. Probably need to give this another listen. That being said, this is on the short list of "must hear once" 76 shows because the set 2 song selection is atypical. | |||||
