Info file says, "A bit about the lineage... Received as SHN via bit torrent. Unknown equipment, unknown taper, no details at all. Trader's Little Helper detected SBEs, which were corrected. The files were renamed ("-fixed" removed from the filenames). The SHNs were converted to FLAC (Level 7) using Trader's Little Helper." |

5th ’92 down under concert!
Due to recent information (disc times) about which show was taped by whom, this signify a 'JL' recording. My copy’s times on disc 1 vary greatly... with approximately 3 minutes; on disc 2, the time measured is more accurate.
W/reference to disc 1’s time, see kisseber’s comment below:
“disks times do help when we know the sources... but there are often problems when the same show by a given taper has been transferred from the master at different points in time and tracking is different... thus the same show may turn up with different track times... and sometimes the total times do not match either for reasons that may be extraneous to the music (e.g. some tapers may leave the tape running while conversation goes on at the end of the show, and some people may delete this and others not)”.
and angrycrow adds: "Your Sydney recording from March 25, 1992 is also the JLT recording, transferred and remastered by Les Kokay."
Differences:
No differences in tracks listing
Losslessbob says: LB-1048, (49min+42min), JL recording, excellent sound, sounds fuller and slightly better than the MK recording
1. pop d1t10 4:46 after music where recording ends on cd1;
2. d2t1 begins abruptly in song;
3. foghorn d2t5 0:27
The above are in accordance with this set!
Conversion: received as SHNs, converted to FLACs, via WAVs.
Set’s given song titles, as I find it more convenient, and I trust others do too… |
