Notes: LB-3954, (69min+59min), version "b"; lineage: master > CDDA > EAC > FLAC, seamless for longer than CD media, TT: 126:58.71, Notes:, a) taper reduces recording level between nearly every song causing very unnatural effect., b) "Side A" of the original cassette master is marred with some more or less irritating clicks. i tried and fixed the most annoying ones, but overall show reception still suffers, particularly on t04-06. the rest of the show also has some flaws., c) whoever did the a>d transfer cross-faded original cassette sides.; bittorrent download 08/06; same recording as jj or sm master LB-3938 except tracked a little differently on a few songs and continous between cdrs and does not have the flaws of that one; otherwise a sort of close eac match ; (did not listen to all of this); good to very good sound [B-]

Notes: #17 of 27 Description: This is my current project: to master and upload my personal tapes of the 1984 tour. Source my Tape -> Tascam102 -> cooledit pro (normalisation, edits, fades) -> CDWave ->CDR->EAC-> traders little helper. This is the second of the three date residency. This tape is from the same taper as the previous night and is also 'muffled' in comparison to the other tapes of this tour. Fortunately the next night is a superb quality recording.Virtually the same set list as the pervious night with only 'To Ramona' replacing 'I Shall be Released' Bob Dylan Palaeur Rome, Italy 20 June 1984 1 Highway 61 Revisited 2 Jokerman 3 All Along The Watchtower 4 Just Like A Woman 5 Maggies Farm 6 I And I 7 License To Kill 8 Greg Sutton: (Got to use My ) Immagination (Goffin/Goldberg) 9 A Hard Rains a-gonna fall (acoustic) 10 Tangled up in Blue (acoustic) 11 It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding) (acoustic) 12 Simple Twist of Fate 13 Masters Of War 14 Ballad Of A Thin Man 15 When you gonna wake up? 16 Every Grain of sand 17 Like A Rolling Stone 18 Mr Tambourine Man (acoustic) 19 To Ramona (acoustic) 20 It Ain't Me Babe (acoustic) 21 The Times They Are A-changin 22 Tombstone Blues 23 Blowin in the Wind Bob Dylan Mick Taylor (guitar) Ian MacLagan (keyboards) Gregg Sutton (bass) Colin Allen (drums) Carlos Santana (guitar) during the encores
