These are the rehearsals for the "Bobfest" 30th Anniversary concert held at Madison Square Garden the next day, 10/16/05. Tons of guests at the concert, and tons of guests at the rehearsals, working through the material for the next day. Guests include: Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Roger McGuinn and G.E. Smith.

Smith) . screenshot 02,03,04 It's nice to see Bob and the other artists talking and laughing together in a very relaxed atmosphere and,from time to time, pick up their guitars and play the songs. At the end Neil Young goes to the organ and plays a very nice solo "Forever young" for his friends. screenshot 04 Excellent video quality.Unfortunately during "My back pages" the singers' mikes are closed,so the vocals are in the background. This is the rehearsals for the "Bobfest" 30th Anniversary concert held at Maddison Square Garden, New York, the following day, 10/16/92. Tons of guests at the show, and therefore tons of guests at the rehearsals, going over the material for the show the next day. Guests include: Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Roger McGuinn and G.E. Smith!! Appears to be pro-shot, but as this is rehearsal mode the sound is not great, often sounding quite distant. But just to watch these masters at work, going over their parts and cues, makes for a very enjoyable viewing. Thanks for this absolute gem, Ed! You are a scholar and a gentleman! :) | |||||
