Vicarious * With Trey Gunn and Pat Mastelotto (King Crimson, etc) Well this was my third show on the tour, and though I enjoyed it, it was tough to compete with the Bonnaroo show from June. Maynard was low in the mix, I am guessing its due to his viral infection of the throat that caused them to cancel the previous night. Overall solid rockin set, all three players just are so tight they do waver a bit. Between the avalanche of sound and the crazy videos, Tool shows are always a lot of fun. Wear earplugs! Other than the drunk that pushed me, the drunk that fell on my girl than called her a bitch and a whore, it was actually a friendlier than average Tool show. LOL.. Sound quality is great, better than other shows I have done at the Everett Event Center. Enjoy! -Basshead.
