Notes:

- DC offset removed and azimuth adjustsment made.
- pitch adjustment has been made
- The tape was degraded in places which caused a significant number of small dropouts to occur.
  I have been able to repair the majority of them.  It still sounds a little rough around
  the edges but this is the first time that a source for this set has circulated, so it's nice to have.
- "Catfish John" and "Stir It Up" both fade in, very little is missing.
