Note: Only known JGB version of NFA... and performed in the
key of G too! Seems like the Aud taper was moving around a
bit, resulting in some moments of phase-shift, not too bad.
There's a 48-second gap in the SBD starting at 11:13, back
filled with ID-8659. Thanks to CBass for all the sources!
