Notes:
The following processing was applied to the master .wav files using Soundforge prior
to splitting them up in CD Wave:

1. DC Offset Removal (automatic detect and remove)
2. Peak Normalization to -0.3 dB
3. Resample down to 44.1khz (Interpolation Accuracy 4/4, w/ an Anti-Alias Filter)
4. Highpass Triangular Dithering with Highpass Contour Noise Shaping
5. Beginning and End of set fades (followed by a SBE fix - SF 6 always creates
   SBE's when you add fades...)

ID tags have been added using WinAMP v.2.81
