Notes:
Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha, by
[email protected] Completed on June 30, 2004.
After rejoing the wavs from the original source some flat tops could be seen. Close inspection showed this not to be distortion from overdriving, but, was most likely, a result of limiting being applied to the signal.
There is another Bertha Remaster of 10/21/83. That version was done with the source that had a cassette gen in the lineage. This version has no cassette gen.

No NR of any kind was used in the production of these discs.
All editing was performed with Cool Edit Pro, Soundforge and
CDwave. I made one splice to patch a cut on Loser, using the
etree audience version of this show. Patches are found on the
following tracks:
