Silberman had a friend of mine (Dan Schar) up to SF for a few days. Dan transferred this show for me on CD. It is one of my all-time favorites ...especially the 'Scarlet > Fire'.
I can say with 100% confidence that my CDs do NOT have any drop-outs or digi-noise.
SOOOOooooo, perfect copies DO EXIST of Silberman's incredible recording effort.
|04/21/2005||carwingo||That is good news indeed. Cassettes that I got from his source within a week of the show are free of 99% of the noise (but worn to s$%^).|
|04/22/2005||why tease us with a comment like that? If your copy is superior, by all means please seed it!|
I guess I didn't realize what I had. Thanks for the 'heads-up' and I'll seed it soon.
|12/06/2005||curtis ewing||nudge, nudge, though my idea of soon may be sooner than yours;)|
