notes:
In the interest of fitting the first set onto one 80 minutes audio CD,
45 seconds of crowd noise was edited out between "Last Tube" and "Quantegy"
In the interest of fitting the second set onto one 80 minutes audio CD,
45 seconds of the encore break was edited out.
I was careful with the editing, and the portions that were deleted did not
contain any stage banter, tuning, or noodling. Only crowd cheering was deleted.
I then cross-faded both sides of the cuts to make the transitions smooth.
