Lineup, per The Jerry Site:
- Jerry Garcia - guitar, vocals;
- John Kahn - bass;
- Melvin Seals - keyboards;
- Greg Errico - drums.

Notes (JJ):
- A nice upfront tape with the characteristic low vocals, relatively indistinct bass, but
definitely in your face. Looks like the files were normalized. The show doesn't strike me
as particularly noteworthy except for the fact that it's one of a small handful of quartet
shows (no backing vocals) from this period and for the rare appearance of Tough Mama, which
wouldn't show up again until 3/2/90 (per TJS).
- d1t05 Simple Twist brief splice near start, levels rise a bit;
- d2t01 TLEO first few notes clipped.

Thanks to John Anzaldo for sharing this wonderful tape, and to Joe B. Jones for help with pitch correction.
