| Notes: | I'm in general agreement with the TC on this one. This show has one GREAT SET 1, not a slacker in the bunch. Played with lots of attention and Jerry's adding lots of fun. In fact all stand-alone songs are played above average. Jack A Roe good intro and I like Bobby's playing. Biggest surprise - OMSN! Yes, I was drawn into Jerry's guitar work, sounded like he was in a good mood and laying down some fine licks. Lives up to the 5/77 reputation. The second set post drums segue fest of The Other One-> Comes A Time-> Saint Stephen-> Not Fade Away-> Saint Stephen-> One More Saturday Night is way good. [2007-06-30]Relistened - teh S>F to end set 1 is not exceptional. The Estimated -> He's Gone is slowly developed which works well for these tune, but the ensuing Drums is too long and aimless, but quickly forgotten with a -> The Other One-> Comes A Time-> Saint Stephen-> Not Fade Away-> Saint Stephen-> One More Saturday Night romp thru some of 77's best performed songs. Any show with a CAT is almost guaranteed to be above average. Excellent sound too! | |||||
