China Doll 6. drums 7. space 8. The Wheel 9. Playing in the Band (not the reprise) 10. Day Tripper 11. US Blues (encore) Known issues: Requires an 80-minute disk. It is not clear to me that the master in this case is a cassette; it may be the PCM (VHS hi-fi) of the "Amy Boards" that circulate from spring '85. In any case, this was the lineage noted, and the quality is very clean. There is a stunning jam after China Doll, complete with tape flip at 11:42. If anybody knows about a SBD of set 1, please get in touch. The first set of this show is excellent, and includes one of the most monstrous versions of "Candyman" I've heard. Thanks to Raoul, Duke of Bean, for the disks. Seeded by Peter Braverman ([email protected]), the first day of 2003.
