Matt Vernon (1/4.8) SHN / 3 A- A- View 19927
Notes: AKG C1oooS - nice sounding tape. The surprise for me was the "set 2" style jamming they performed for Scarlet at the start of set 1. Cumberland was good. Set 2 was more typical played.
Matt Vernon (1/4.8) SHN / 3 A- A- View 19981
Notes: Nak 700's - a few minor flaws noted in tech notes. I liked the sound of this source a bit over the AKG source (sounds closer). Good show, though the HSF on second hearing seemed average rendition. Check out Set 1 intro jam, Crazy Fingers and Cumberland
Matt Vernon (1/4.8) SHN / 3 A- A View 20287
Notes: Bertha remaster - not immediately obvious how much better this is than the offical release - sounds like the bass is enhanced at least.
Matt Vernon (1/4.8) SHN / 3 A- A View 20188
Notes: Official sbd - the mix on this is better than the Cutler versions - Phil is easily heard, defintely mixed for listening, not just a tap off teh PA feed
