Notes: Really awesome compilation, and most of the recordings have aged very well. The songs from this date appear to be sourced from someone tape recording the sound from speaker on their TV while the documentary containing the performances plays, with the narrator on the doc speaking over the tunes. Surprisingly, this still sounds quite good. There is some static that cuts in on Track 11, but it only lasts a few seconds and clears up by the next cut. Most of the studio bits are just snippets, and some cut in and out, but this whole disc is a fascinating compilation. The date is rather arbitrary, but I suppose it had to be listed somehow. Track Listing: Syd Barrett Dark Globe 1965 - 1975 1. Love You (fast version, 1969 outtake) 2. Love You II (slow version, 1969 outtake) 3. Long Gone (no backing track, 1969 outtake) 4.
