Roy Martin\'s Music Collection (5/5) SHN / 0 View   Digital Floyd's LP transfer (SS086 & CC200)
Notes: M-502 is the matrix number of the original 2-LP vinyl set that was made in Europe sometime in the (late?) 70's. Although there are many different versions of this show, all of them are sourced from a M-502 vinyl copy. Some sound better than others, none of them sound anything like this. (Take Linda Surfin' was a popular one). This 2-CDR set comes from a mint condition original LP, and has been beautifully remastered by the Digital Floyd Archives. Not only is this one of the best sounding recordings (especially of this era), this is one of the best vinyl remastering jobs I have ever heard.
Roy Martin\'s Music Collection (5/5) FLAC / 0 View   M-502 speed-corrected & declicked (CC154 & CC200)
Notes: lineage: 2LP>MMF5 w/GR 1042>Sony STR-DE875>SB X-Fi xtrememusic>Cooledit Pro>FLAC48khz rip of "M-502" LP speedcorrected and declicked comments: this one isn't much of an upgrade to my 2005 version. this version is a bit more crispy. i left the volume slightly lower this time. the 2005 version has a bit more bass although it kinda distorts and in the quiet parts has a bit of bass hum. this new one has no hum but less bass. tends to distort slightly less also. a matter of preference.
