Notes: | Great show from around the time of "Exile on Main Street"; sound quality isn't perfect, but the vocals are so clear you'll think Mick is standing right next to you

Notes: | **Remastered** by thir13en Productions Rolling Stones 1973-02-24 Western Australia Cricket Ground Perth Australia Feb 24 1973 Part 1 of a 2-disc Australia set entitled Happy Birthday Nicky (disc 2 is from 1973-02-26 in Sydney which I will seed another time), it's a short but enjoyable and HQ set from the boys in what I consider to be their peak year. All the shows I have from this era seem to have the energy and attitude that made these guys more than just another rock-n-roll band. Those years easily rocketed them to the pantheon of the genre, and entrenched their history as one of the greatest ever. It's not quite the Brussels show from later that year, but it holds up as a real nice show on it's own . Since I did this back in April of this year, it's hard for me to say what was done other than trying to make it sound as good as possible. You know, the usual. Sounds pretty damn good to me. So again, explore or ignore. 1.Brown Sugar 2.Bitch 3.Rocks Off 4.Gimme Shelter 5.Happy 6.Tumbling Dice 7.Honky Tonk Women 8.All Down The Line 9.Midnight Rambler 10.Happy Birthday Nicky Band Introduction 11.Little Queenie ====================== =Pre-13 SOURCE INFO= ====================== CDR>EAC>FLAC
