This is a rare performance, possibility the first time the Midnites performed together? It's a demo of the new musical instruments from Ibanez and Tama, for the industry, probably for a trade show or convention. After a few Weir songs, Steve Miller replaces him, and then plays with Weir on Johnny B Goode after doing a few songs with the Midnites without Weir.
