Comment
Cream were comfortable in these legendary studios, as well as finding a very like-minded producer and engineer. The sound was better than those of British studios at the time, and both Disraeli Gears and Wheels Of Fire are proof of this. At Tom Dowd's suggestion, Eric also contributed a guitar solo on an Aretha Franklin session being held at the same time.
