Transfer notes: "I attempted to record this show at 24/48 using my PDA rig and IBM Microdrive.
Unfortunately, the microdrive could not write fast enough to keep up with the digital signal and I
experienced "buffer wrap." The last half hour of the first set and most of the second set are affected. I exported the original wav file as a .raw file. I then imported the .raw file into Wavelab with a different number of bits in the header. I was able to recover all the music, but it was in broken into thousands of little pieces. I used Wavelab's "montage" function to clip the individual segments, synchronize them, and output them as a single wav file. Finally, I used
Wavelab to dither/downsample to 16/44.1.
This Recording Is Comprised Of 2 Incomplete sources. The Main Source Was Missing The Last Two Songs Of The 1st Set.The Secondary Source Was Plagued With The Problems Listed In The Transfer Notes For That Source. Many Hours Of Work Went Into Just Saving Those Two Songs From That Source,So It Couls Be Included Here. There Are Still Some Minor Pops On These Two Songs,But That Is As Good As Could Be Done With Them."
