Notes: "This recording came out pretty good - I was about 15 feet from the stage in line with the left speaker stack. Crowd noise is minimal. A very enjoyable show, although heavy on the new material (not that it was a bad thing - the album is pretty good) with a sprinkling of his "hits" throughout. If you like Matthew Sweet, this is worth the d/l because there almost no shows circulating from this period (i.e. because of the difficulty of getting tickets to the small shows). The acoustics of Schuba's are excellent, and reflected in the fidelity of the recording. Schuba's is one of the two best venues in Chicago (the other being the Park West) to see a show."
