Julian's tapes seem to make frequent appearances on etree because they tend to be some of the best (subjectively). I was about 5 feet from the mics on 12/31, and the sound where I was standing was quite good. Listening to the discs confirms the quality. Just because this source is out quickly doesn't mean that it has been rushed out...
