Pro menu and proper chapters.
Audience shot from balcony which is a long way back. You can hardly make out the band and no zooms are used on this. Has obstructions and wobbles throughout and sometimes the filmier hides the camera.
Sound is low but not too bad generally.
Creeping death is cut I guess due to a tape change.
