Notes: got this reel in 1998 by the original taper. He said it contained an uncirculated Golden Earring concert recording he had made in 1971 (which I will post later) , and I just recently discovered this also uncirculated Grand Funk Railroad recording on the other side of the reel, which seems to be a snippet/leftover from an earlier recording, probably complete at one point, but then overdubbed with another concert, featuring a third band I do not know. I have no contact to the guy anymore, so unfortunately i cannot get any more info. Very sad that the rest of the concert is lost...but at least this is what we have. The recording was made in a hall according to the sound of the tape, probably Ernst-Merck Halle or Musikhalle, but I don´t have specific info on the venue. Check out the MP3 sample.
