Notes: AUD - Cassette Master > DAT 1 > 3CDR4 > Remaster. Source and Remastering notes: I thought I had 2 sources for this show. Mono CassM>DAT1>3CDR which I believe was made by the Zeppelin Digital guys & Stereo CassM>PC>2CDR taped by W.W. D&C was divided on 2 discs. After close listening and comparing I came to the conclusion that the ZD guys used the W.W. Stereo source and made it mono using the Right Channel. THe left channel on the stereo source had weak levels and a constant clicking noise. I think they made the right choice making it mono. I used the Mono version for this remaster and just tried to add some low end for tonal balence using some MS mastering, Waves Maxxbass and alittle cut in the upper mid level. I made the show 2CD's rather than 3. The quality of the recording I would rate VG+ it is alittle distant but very clear. Thanks to the Taper for sharing it and thanks to the ZD guys for their mastering.

Notes: audience recording
Edgar H (4/5) / 2 View   "The Fourth Reich" (Evermore Music Limited Edition)

Edgar H (4/5) / 2 View   "The Ides Of March" (A Group/Personal Project)
Notes: Notes about the quality of this recording: This recording is taped fairly close to the stage with very little audience noise and small hiss. The balance is very good but a little chaotic at times and has Jonesy low in the mix. The proximity to the stage and the high quality of the recording make for a thoroughly enjoyable listening experience. What we've done to make this project: - We've tried to bring out the instruments that were buried in the mix of the raw recording (low end), and have tried to balance the instruments as much as possible. - We've brought the volume down to a more reasonable level, originally the raw recording was running a little too hot, so we've brought it down to a more listenable level. - We've tried to bring out the presence of the venue, and things that were buried in the raw recordings mix (cheers, claps, comments, etc).
