Notes: 2 FLAC / 3 CDR - Master Stereo AUD, Five Transfer Seeder's Notes: Rock And Roll is not cut at the beginning as it is on all circulating copies of the soundboard recording. The Rain Song is cut in the same place, but with a little more missing. Moby Dick is cut in a slightly different place so it is now possible to hear the entire song. In my opinion, the ambience of this audience recording conveys much more of the energy and excitement of the show. This is a stereo transfer from what are believed to be the original masters (thanks Javit1972 for the loan). There was some damage done to the first & last 30 minutes of tape 1 (Scotch C-120) sometime before I recieved it. I spent considerable time unfolding straightening the injured portions of the tape with the end result of virtually eliminating many dropouts and lessening all but a few of the rest. As compared to other surfaced versions, this plays closer to the correct speed and is more robust in the lows and low mids, a little duller in the highs. The "Freezer's Revenge" version has some nice clarity in the highs but an overall thinner sound as well an oppressive high-pitched whine throughout. It is a valuable document for its clarity and being nearly totally free from dropouts but fails to show the ballsy powerful sound that was captured on tape. Thanks to Freezer and Javit1972. Transferred July, 2006.

Notes: 2 FLAC / 3 CDR - "AUD + SBD fill" (Winston Remaster) Winston's notes: Contains all the same warts found on the one posted at TTD. All the 15000 hz spikes have been fixed with surgical EQ using an FFT filter. Sources then Dehissed and Enhanced. SBD used to patch the tape flips. Small cuts remain on The Rain Song & Moby Dick.
