I rediscovered these tapes arranging my drawers and since I forgot to have them even for I've never compiled a show list, you can easily imagine what kind of surprise I had. They comes from some trades I had in the late 80s even if I can't remember who mailed them to me and the main thing to say is that the sound recorded on these tapes was very "jammed" with a lot of hiss and background noise and my remastering work has really pushed the best out of this source that now is fairly enjoyable. The performance itself is above '71 standards with Plant's voice powerful than ever. The recording starts very disturbed and improves itself on the way reaching its best toward Dazed And Confused, for our best pleasure. Unfortunately the show is incomplete, missing Immigrant Song, Dancing Days, Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp and the Whole Lotta Love medley. I know there are versions circulating with Whole Lotta Love but without Tangerine but I've never heard one of them. Despite the incompleteness and the modest sound quality (even if improved compared to the original source), this show is worth have. AUD 6.5/10 380MB >>ARTWORK INCLUDED<<
