This audio interview was conducted by a journalist from Melody Maker magazine in late 1992, but was never put to print. This has been confirmed by various sources, including Matt and his archive at The NIN Hotline. Very interesting interview, and a nice long listen compared to the shortish interviews TR gives these days. TR talks in depth about the Broken album, the upcoming Downward Spiral album, his views on abortion and religion and all the probs he had with the Pigface project.
