Notes: The 1st 3 tracks on Disc 1 is from a separate source than all the rest (though both excellent SBD quality). Because of this, though burned as DAO the switch from d1t03 to d1t04 isn't as perfectly seamless and normal. More the equivalent of the sound of going from the last track of disc 1 on a show to the first track on disc 2.
