This was the second night of a 3 night New Year's Eve run by Phil Lesh with Joe Russo's Almost Dead (officially billed as "PhilRAD") at the Capitol Theatre. Joe Russo's Almost Dead also includes Dave Dreiwitz on bass who was replaced by Phil for this run.
