Notes: set 1 sbd only - see Jeff's notes (Bertha mangled). Some hiss but not troublesome. Set 2 exists in the vault but doesn't circulate so far. FOTD fun to listen too after the slower versions post hiatus but the bass seems to be a bit amplitude distortion. BTW also suffers form the bass distortion. A few other locations where the volume drifts in and out. The PITB is another excellent 72 version. Again, difficult to say more than that about where it lies in the many excellent version played this year. Given that this is just a set 1 and the PITB has many other incredible versions, you can skip this date unless you are being compulsive about 72.

Notes: sbd via CM [2006-03-24] The set 2 of this date surfaced at this time. Set 1 sound quality suffers from viarible mix cuts etc and is a tough listen. By PITB its settled down. Version of that tune is good. Set 2 isn't a highlight from this year though TOO has Phil playing what I think becomes the Stonger than Dirt base riff around 15 minutes where they also go into a nice theme jam. TOO is worth a listen, but the remainder of the show is consistent but uninspired.

Notes: Recording by Olaf Schiappacasse (using Gene Taback's equipment)via David Minches [2007-03-15]Overall this is a B+ aud - its pitched more than a wee bit fast. Other thing is someone nearby brought a baby to the show who you hear cry at various times between songs. These BCT shows did not strike me as a strong run despite the possibilities of being a hometown run and sort of fresh off th E72 monster tour. What comes across hear is a middle of the road performance for 72, featuring a nice Bird Song, PITB an interesting Truckin>TOO>Stella Blue jam segment. But there are som many epic shows in this year that this one doesn't compete very favorably.

Notes: This is a patched sbd by Miller using Minche's Taback aud source [2007-05-02]There are many flaws with the recording material - the patches fill in the missing gaps but come across as somewhat jarring and not all are speed matched. Makes it difficult to listen to this one. The music is average for 72 at best with TOO jam as the highpoint. Many other shows in 72 with better playing combined with the sonic issues makes this not a core holding.
