Notes: aud - this seems to be a rare tape as deadlists and the TC mention that no auds are knwon to circulate for this date. this is a good aud especially for the Beacon. This show is much stronger than the next night in my opinion. The Dancin > Charlie segue catches you by surprise and the whole show is very well played. Between song banter/tuning is removed and the last bit of US Blues is cut.

Notes: bbd - gorgeous sound on this show and no drop outs that plague the next night. Garcia seems sprightly (check out Big River and MAW). PITB that ends set 1 has a lot of jamming but I can't say that it affected me very much. This is another of the June 76 shows where the band seems to be concentrating so hard on playing everything just right and doing a good job of it - unfortunately, the magic that propels one to listen to the gd is missing in large part. On the other hand, gott agive some credit for experimenting with different styles and arrangements.

Notes: BBD GEMS [2007-02-12] Enticing 76 setlist but played with long pauses between songs in places and very much the lumbering 76 style that tarnishes this show. t starts with a promising CR&S includes a MAW and a set closing PITB. Set II features an uncommon Wheel opener, High Time, before a Crazy Fingers-> Dancin' -> Cosmic Charlie-> Help -> Slipknot!-> Franklin's -> A&A. Unusual but I found my mind wandering while I listening. Excellent sound though.

Notes: set 2 bbd via SirMick [2007-02-24] SirMick discovered in late 2006 that this sbd recording differed from the previously circulated ones. Since then, a more complete version of this (BBD) recording has come forth. There are some small cuts in a few tunes. Since teh volume on this was very low, I'd suggest skipping this source and going with the recent GEMS source which is also more complete.
